Official announcement! All these students will get new scooters for free only if their number is above 60%

A lot of things come up as barriers to girls ’higher education.  Transportation is one of them.  Various state governments have launched various projects to encourage girls for higher education.

This time the Assam government made a big plan. The Assam government will provide scooters to girls so that they do not have to study due to the difficulty of public transport. The Assam government has said that the scooters will be given to the girls as a gift only if they get good results.

According to the Assam government, the project will help them overcome obstacles to girls' higher education. Assam Education Minister Himanta Bishwa Sharma told the Thomson Reuters Foundation, "This initiative will enable many students to travel to their colleges without any hassle.

We are trying to empower and empower girls through this project. 'According to government rules, only girls with a score of more than 60% can apply for a free scooter.

Scooters will be delivered to the students as per the project from mid-October. The Assam government has not yet clarified which company's scooters will be handed over to the girls.

A report by CRY (Child Rights and You) mentions the project, saying that many families drop out of their daughters' higher education because of the distance and the safety of girls in transportation.

With this in mind, the Assam government's plan to encourage girls to pursue higher education has been lauded across the country. With this initiative of Assam government, girls will not have to depend on anyone else to go to college and their families will not stop them from studying due to distance.
